Is it possible to use the Agent functionality in the professional edition to monitor updates to software? Or would all installations 'captured' by the Agent be treated as new software installations? Thx.

The agent will only notify you that a possible install process was started. It doesn't know in advance what the program will do: install, update or nothing from these. You have to start the monitoring process manually for a new installation or an update like usual. If you monitor an update like a new installation you can merge the update log into install log at any time (in professional edition).

Thx. The option to upgrade from standard to professional edition appears to have disappeared from the Buy page??
