I noticed that when using the "upgrade"-function in tu, registry items that the upgrade-installer deletes (not uncommon for example in "HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Installer\UserData\S-1-5-18\Components" are marked as "deleted" in the final protocol, they dont "neutralize" the original entries. So, after uninstalling the program completely, Tu restores the entries that the upgrade-routine deleted.
An option to remove deleted entries from the log would be good (they should be highlighted in a way) ...or maybe it's even safe to remove them by default (of course that should only happen if the deleted entries were marked as "created" in the original installation log)
