Turn off the check for updates feature (set it to be manual). The program dismisses the registration information if during a check for update detects that it is blocked by a firewall or other method. The same happens if you have a running firewall without an internet connection (maybe is your case with a temporary connection drop).

At me a similar situation, has bothered already again and again to enter the registration data. Unless I have not the right to use the program WITHOUT connection to the Internet?
On mine if I have bought something for money I can use it for the designated purpose, and I can pull on the globe.
