1- After first year of free upgrade, is necessary to buy another full license for new upgrade or license renew is cheaper?
2- After first year of free upgrade my product version continue to works fully without possibility of upgrade or stop to work?

2. The program will continue to work after the maintenance period (you are not forced to upgrade)

I have just bought a license of TU pro. I have a question: if in next months I have need to format my pc, can I reinsert the code received by e-mail like first time that i have registered the software or is necessary a special procedure?

There is no special procedure. Just enter the name and the key. The key don't expire.
