Hello,
Before installing a new version of itunes,

I chose to uninstall the version in place by using Total Uninstall.
This seems to uninstall without problem, but when trying to restart my computer, the bios no longer found the system Windows.
Here are some images for illustration, that show the available commands , but I could not go further. There were a loop on the screen that shows the Dell logo

As I was traveling, I waited to return home to have my rescue CD. It allowed me to reinstall the laptop in a recent configuration with a clone made by Trueimage (27/05/2009)
So, I have in Totaluninstal, the installation of itunes which seems to lead to a risky uninstall
Is it useful to send you this record to explain why the uninstall failed?
Thank you
