I had a problem last night. I'm not sure how it was caused or by what, but I had to use Windows System Restore to solve the problem (a particular application that I was trying to reinstall would not launch the installer when I tried to open the setup file). After running System Restore, there were a coupld of other programs that I wanted to remove, but when I activated the entry in Control Panel to try to uninstall the programs, I just got an error message. So, I found the entries in TU 4 and successfully removed them from there. Great.
