Before requesting any support
- Make sure you have downloaded and installed the latest version of Total Uninstall.
- Check the Help for information pertaining to your question
Requesting support
If you are unable to find answers to your questions in the Help contents, please do the following:
- Go to the application Help menu and select "About..."
- Click on the Email address
Important Note: This will automatically place your registration name in the emails subject line.
Details to include in your support request
Bug Report
- Version of the application (Check the About dialog under the Help menu)
- Operating system and service pack (i.e. Windows XP Service Pack 2)
- Description of the problem and steps to reproduce it. If possible, include a screenshot containing the error.
To take a screenshot: press Alt + Print Screen. This allows you to paste it into the email.
- I might ask you for additional information or application data files if I cannot reproduce the problem.
Feature suggestions
- A description of the requested feature.
- Describe how do you see it implemented into the existing application.
Priority handling of email support & suggestions
- All support issues will be answered as soon as possible.
- Registered users are answered first. Unregistered users are responded to on a best efforts basis.
Language
- Send your requests in English only. Use a web translation service if you have difficulty writing in English.
